Delivery Rollout Manager - Telecommunications

Tangent are currently looking for Delivery Rollout Managers to work in Ireland for a 6 months rolling contract

Candidates must have experience managing 3rd parties and strong wireless telecommunications delivery

The post holder will be responsible for providing the integrated team under his/her control, the guidance and management to deliver the requirements within the scope of the contract, namely the upgrade of Radio network 2G/3G/LTE activities for the customer in Ireland Acting as part of a pair/team of Cluster Managers and Technical Delivery Managers, the post holder will be expected to work as a coordinated team player in employing best practice methods and governance across all delivery teams whilst driving delivery for the specific activities under their control.

The post holder must have the ability to work in a demanding, fluid and flexible environment and be able to prioritise workloads and the ability to work on their own initiative with a pro-active and flexible approach to the role.

Responsibilities

- Management and interface our clients sub-contracted ASPs.
- Establishment and familiarization of their assigned program cluster & site list in SiteHandler.
- Consummate awareness of the latest current reported status from the ASPs in the field.
- Governance of the Our clients sub-contracted ASP re: their strict compliance and adherence to their contracted scope of work
- Co-ordination with a group of specialist resources providing Dependent functions and services, H&S, QASIS, Logistics, to deliver an assigned portfolio of sites within the portfolio of clusters assigned.
- Assign priorities to the ASP and Integration team to focus and drive delivery each and every day.
- Support the Our clients Programme Delivery Manager(s) with governance, reporting and general requirements associated with the Programme and senior level requests.
- To ensure a consolidated approach working with other CM's, TDMs and Program PM's for synergies to secure effective delivery with a minimum of duplication.
- Monitor and support of financial budgets as necessary.
- Attendance and presenting requirement at Program Team meetings.
- Monitoring, driving and realisation of daily, weekly and monthly delivery run rates and requirements to the customer business as per the Our clients contracted commitments.
- Identification, mitigation, reporting along with the management and control of risks to the program plans.
- Ensure inter project activity dependencies are identified, managed, prioritised, reported and managed using appropriate Risk/Issue management techniques and templates.
