-Resource management and staffing of customer's projects for Switzerland
-Subcontractor administration management
-Facilitating weekly staffing meetings with stakeholders in the Swiss services organization
-Escalation management
-Run and influence resourcing decisions like project staffing, resource pooling scenarios, mix optimization, workforce planning etc.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good related experience in a global Professional Services organization
-Strong collaboration and communication skills, drive for results and influence for impact
-Experience optimizing Resources & Budget Managing goals and expectations on time
-Preferably proven experience in projects and programs using PMP and/or Six-Sigma methodologies: resources optimization in a professional services business and continuous improvement of key business metrics and processes
