Delivery Officer/Change Manager x 4

I am recruiting for 4 experienced Delivery Officer/Change Manager's to work within Central Government.

This position will be home based initially for 3 months at up to £280 per day LTD

LOCATION:

Home based however there will be extensive travel across the UK. Mainly in Birmingham, Yorkshire and London, probably away from home (on site) 3-4 days a week, travel expenses paid.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identifying Change Management requirements. Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective. Change Management from concept to execution and review. Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning. The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices. Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1.Knowledge of covert police intelligence

2.Excel/word literate

3.Ability to influence police officers/staff

4.Presentation skills.

5. Experience in intelligence at Sgt or equivalent

Ideally the successful candidate will hold current SC clearance
