DELIVERY MANAGER - Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for a proactive and self-motivated Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of IT and experience with Windows/Linux.
TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:
- Support Account Managers with estimates on infrastructure requirements
- Keep up to date with the IT Standards in order to support the strategies in place
- Act as "Trusted Advisor" to the Application Development and Technology departments providing guidance
- Assist the customer with IT Infrastructure design that meets their requirements
- Guide the customer through the TIS procedures and process's
- Ensure delivery of the IT Infrastructure on time and within budget
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS LONG TERM ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure including virtual environments
- IT Project management experience - at least 3 years
- Strong Communication skills
- Solid understanding of project management processes
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- High degree of flexibility with a "can do" attitude
