Delivery Manager - Telecoms

Our client, a leading player in the mobile telecommunications space is looking for a team of delivery managers to work on a large scale, high profile and ground breaking project, ensuring better coverage for their 3g and 4g networks.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing timely and cost effective delivery of the upgrade activities
- Managing suppliers to ensure they deliver project requirements to fit with the delivery quality and timescales
- Managing all finances for the project to ensure budgets fall within targets
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirement

Ideally, you will have:

- Knowledge or experience in the acquisition, planning, construction and legal aspects in the design and build process
- Good managerial skills as the role requires high levels of motivation, leadership and rapid decision making
- Proficient in the use of OMNIX, NFS and Amdocs
- Understand the safety responsibilities and company policies for the environment
- Working knowledge of contract law, with regards to consultants and contractors, as they will form a large part of your team
- Knowledge of budgets, estimates, contract sums and financial controls
- Knowledge of Design Safety; NRBP recommendations; British Standards and CDM Regulations

This is an office based role, although you must be willing and able to work away from the normal office location at short notice, so a full driving licence is also essential.

Berkshire base

6 month contract initially, with probability of extension

£250 - £300 per day
