Delivery Manager - Online Banking wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in Science, engineering or computer, Professional training or equivalent
- Working experience in IT projects and digital environments
- Practical knowledge in project management or delivery management, requirements engineering, solution design and Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Database like SQL, ERM, Data-modelling as well as Know-how in Avaloq, Windows and Unix environments
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining Project Management for Online Banking, Stakeholder management and SLA reporting
- Performing Incident analysis as well as coordinating activities across different teams
- Supporting testing activities during release cycles along with providing the bank team with incident management, business enquiries and ad-hoc reporting
- Collaborating with the business analysts, change managers as well as internal and external development teams to develop Solution design for new implementation
- Analysing project milestones and deliverables
