Delivery Manager - Messaging and Middleware.

I am urgently seeking for a Delivery Manager who can quickly get a grip on deliveries from my client's external suppliers. Need someone who is proactive and fairly 'hard-nosed'.

There are a number of operational and delivery issues that need to be monitored on a daily basis. So really looking for someone with a proven track record in:

- Project and delivery management experience
- Project planning and the ability to pull together a delivery and pipeline plan and efficiently monitor progress against this plan.

Must have excellent communication skills as you will need to host checkpoints and gather updates from both external suppliers and internal project teams. You must be comfortable in challenging where appropriate - to ensure a coherent delivery report for senior management.

Equally really looking for someone who has previous experience of managing a pipeline of Messaging work, ideally with a Middleware background. Any Oracle experience would be good, or any experience of WSO2 or similar. Your work will also involve reviewing demand and team capacity, to ensure all projects are scheduled and resourced appropriately but balancing this with the demands of operational support.
