Delivery Manager - KPN/Dutch

I am currently looking for a Delivery Manager to work based in Sliedrecht. Candidate must be DUTCH speaking and have extensive KPN experience!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks/Responsibilities:

Supports/reports to the project manager
Evaluate incoming change requests and projects
Business analysis (create, maintain, organize, priorities and carry out projects and operational changes)
Take care of operational projects and tasks and deliver on time
Act as central contact for operational projects towards the internal organization
Incident handling (researching and solving operational issues)
Gather in-depth knowledge of trending topics to act as internal expert
Optimize internal workflows removing delays and errors
Define and maintain operational procedures and manuals
Continuously improve the company (optimize tools, systems, business processes)

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Dutch speaking
KPN experience
Delivery management experience
