DELIVERY MANAGER - DUTCH SPEAKING! - TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Tangent are currently searching the market for Dutch Speaking Delivery Managers who have Telecoms experience to work in the Netherlands!

Please note both Dutch speaking and Telecommunications experience is mandatory.

TASKS:

- Supports/reports to the project manager
- Evaluate incoming change requests and projects
- Business analysis (create, maintain, organize, priorities and carry out projects and operational changes)
- Take care of operational projects and tasks and deliver on time
- Act as central contact for operational projects towards the internal organization
- Incident handling (researching and solving operational issues)
- Gather in-depth knowledge of trending topics to act as internal expert
- Optimize internal workflows removing delays and errors
- Define and maintain operational procedures and manuals
- Continuously improve the company (optimize tools, systems, business processes)
