We need for our client a Delivery Manager/System Analyst (Document Management & Archiving)
As Delivery Manager/System Analyst, you'll be working simultaneously on a number of projects related to the tools and platforms for the recognition and processing of large volumes of documents and data.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
- Elaborate functional specification documents for the development team
- Coordination of activities and phases in order to obtain optimal solutions, meeting requirements and timings within budget and technical constraints.
- Organise meetings and systematically report on project progress, escalate when needed ? Proactively take care of crucial issues
- Manage change and make suggestions for process improvement
-Present project status and progress to a variable audience
- Give directives to and coach project contributors
Required knowledge/Experience
Team player
Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment 3 years of relevant experience in project management
Mandatory Knowledge of document management and long term digital archiving Project Management skills Experience Preferable Optical Character and Barcode recognition Databases and indexes XML Webservices File transfer IT Security
Education Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience Certification
Languages Requirement English Fluent/French Fluent/Dutch Fluent
