Delivery Manager, ATG, Enterprise Architecture

Leading global eCommerce Consultancy now requires an experienced Delivery Manager to join a team currently working onsite in Madrid for a leading Marquee Brand. There will be frequent travel between Madrid and London.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for helping develop a "World Class" cross-channel eCommerce delivery practice through developing strategies and opportunities in cross channel eCommerce and work with the specialist internal Practices to help define, develop and optimise strategy and offerings to the Client.

The Delivery Manager will agree and then drive operational KPIs and report against any agreed performance dashboard ensuring that delivery of all customer engagements and deliverables are on-time within budget and to exceptional quality.

The ideal Delivery Manager will have the following skills:

- Platform agnostic view of eCommerce within an Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge of ATG eCommerce platform
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong relationship management experience
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- strong team building skills
