For our International End client based in The Hague, we're looking for a Delivery manager with OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE!

Project/Delivery Line Description
The IT Delivery Model (IDM) is a consolidation and evolution of a number of the current frameworks and models. It sets a common language and framework for the scope of IT delivery. It provides a strong focus on industry standards, which, in a multi-supplier delivery environment, are essential to driving end-to-end efficiency and quality in order to drive IT to top quartile.
A requirement has now arisen to re-launch the IT delivery model and to engage with key stakeholder groups across IT, helping them understand the need and importance of this model. This role requires a candidate with strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills.

OIL & GAS experience is a must have!

The IDM is a project that is directly visible to the CIO (Alan Matula) and involves engagement with Senior IT Leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting the Communications and stakeholder engagement approach
- Working with Business Process Architects to validate and execute the above approach
- Working with Senior stakeholders (including process owners) to help them buy into the new model and understand their roles and responsibilities
- Work directly with the IDM custodian to report on progress, manage issues and risks etc
- Updating and re-designing communications materials to align with the launch strategy and plans
- Working on the embedding and sustainability approach for ongoing maintenance of the Model
