OUR CLIENT, a well-known and global acting American company is currently seeking for his branch in Poland a highly motivated and business oriented:

Delivery Lead for MS Sharepoint Project (m/f)

Project Details:

Location: Poland
Project Languages: English (Polish is a plus)
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months with possibile extension to 2 years
Travel: No

Tasks:

- Gathering requirements & requirements management 
- Managing delivery of Client requirements including design, software delivery, testing, acceptance and deployment
- Supervision of assigned resources
- Cooperation with Microsoft Sharepoint/Project Server Architect
- Cooperation with Delivery Leads that are responsible for other streams of work
- Reporting to Engagement Leads including weekly status report generation
- Other tasks assigned by Engagement Lead

Requirements:

- Able to engage the team and build trust with all the stakeholders
- Able to assign task and ensure progress
- Remove obstacles to ensure the team success
- Support the team on achieving the Quality agreed
- Run constant peer review to enforce best practices
- Act as technical authority within the team
