Delivery Director

Your role will be to ensure the successful strategic management, oversight and delivery of large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs and projects within the health services sector.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the successful delivery of multiple programs comprising complex and high risk projects

participating as a key member of the executive team
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and undertaking high level strategic negotiations, providing expert advice and resolving complex risks and issues
- Providing expert advice and strategic direction into the development of Program outcomes and project deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements
- Ensuring outcomes are managed to the highest standards as prescribed by the program
- Leading and sharing the vision and objectives of the program and ensuring goals and outcomes are adopted by the business

Managing competing demands and priorities and ensuring that people and resources are allocated accordingly - Managing, monitoring and reporting on all critical aspects of the program, including plans, schedules and budgets

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in delivering services of a similar size and complexity in similar environments. Your experience in healthcare will assist you greatly. Your track record in leadership, influence, negotiation and understanding the challenges and nuances in programs of this size is essential.
