Delivery Director

Your role will be to increase the capacity and effectiveness of the support of a key enterprise system which is slated for further development

Armed with the prime objective to improve support for the system, you will undertake a range of high-level analyses and scoping activities to identify where improvements can be made. You will undertake costing and resourcing activities and develop a plan to ensure maximum benefit and support for the improved system. One of your key deliverables will be a transition plan.

Your other duties will include:

- Review of the current state of the system and how it is reported
- Develop a comprehensive operational model
- Constantly identify 'quick wins' to create improvement momentum

As the successful candidate, you will have a very good service delivery management background that includes IT Transformation, organisational change, outstanding stakeholder engagement & ITIL.

You will be an expert in aligning systems, processes and people to ensure maximum efficiency.
