My client is looking for a delivery consultant/internal recruiter for a world renowned organisation. This role is responsible for all entry level sourcing activities across consulting and solutions including graduate and internship hiring. Developing and delivering a campus strategy to attract and recruit approximately 400-500 graduates, 250 interns and circa 40 Apprentices each year through the delivery of targeted, bespoke activities to attract the right people for the right roles. Responsible for achieving key diversity and STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) targets. Day to day management and development of a large team of 9 recruiters.
