Delivery Automation (Ruby Developer) Contract

Software Developer -Contract Ruby Dublin. My client a leader in their own respected market is in need of a talented and experienced Software developer that has experience developing Ruby.

My client is looking to add to their Continuous Delivery Automation group this group is a cross functional team, responsible for delivering internal tools and solutions to the developers in their organization. These tools enable my clients teams to deliver high quality fast and reliable software.

My client is looking for you to developing software solutions for automating and managing our infrastructure and software; Developing interfaces for said solutions (Web UI, Command Line, API, etc.) You will be working with developers to understand their needs and to incorporate their feedback into the solutions they create.

Successful candidates will Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar on stack of their choice (eg ASP.NET, Django); Experience using configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Salt etc; you will have Experience using MySQL, SQL Server or any NoSQL Databases. Candidates will have and can demonstrate Experience using Cloud IaaS providers eg AWS API or VMWare API and Ubuntu/Debian and Bash (or Shell of choice).
