Deferred Compensation Specilaist, Canary Wharf

My clients a leading bank based inCanaryWharfcurrently seek a Deferred Compensation Specialist, up to 50-60k, 6month FTC. This is a great opportunity to work in a specialist EMEA Deferred Compensation Team and play an integral part in delivering expert specialist advice to a broad internal community. Working across more than 52 countries you will work in conjunction with HR, Reward & Mobility, International tax and Remuneration Regulatory teams across the following key deliverables: * Providing guidance and management across Equity and Deferred cash programs * Develop relationship with stakeholders assisting with distribution exercises, communications, analysis of stock and analysis of tax status. * Continuous development of processes, system usage and reporting to maximise efficiencies across: Tax Compliance and Year-End vesting * Financial controls - understanding and advising on how these impact deferral plans * Project Work The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: * Proven experience advising on tax related issues/Compensation and Benefits including Equity and other types of Deferred Compensation plans for FINANCIAL SERVICES CLIENTS * Extensive Data Management experience - including advanced excel * Highly numerical and analytical * Strong understanding of risk and control issues across an international remit * CTA or similar tax qualification preferred * Project Management/Financial Accounting/IT/Equity Plan Qualification advantageous yet not essential * Experience working in or advising BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES CLIENT a distinct advantage For further information and immediate consideration please forward on a copy of your update CV.
