Acutest is a leading software testing consultancy. We are looking for a strong Defect Manager on a contract basis for one of our leading clients in the financial sector, based in Madrid.
You will have several years experience with logging and tracking defects through Quality Centre/ALM. You will manage the defect management process and provide support the defect management tools administration and be responsible for helping to resolve testing defects through facilitation, troubleshooting, escalation and reporting.
Spanish is useful but not essential for this role. However, excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and good communication skills at all levels, will be key for this role. Some knowledge of credit cards, debt management or banking would be desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity to experience living and working in Madrid full time.
