For our client in the automotive sector in Karlsruhe, we are currently hiring a Defect Manager (m/f).

Start: 1.10.2016, latest 1.11.16
Contract: limited permanent contract at Nash direct, limited for 12 months with option to extend for another 12 months.

Task description:
*Support the Platform Project Leader
*Responsible for receiving, recording and tracking of Defects
*Serve the team in dispatching defects and facilitate the team to take decisions
*Prioritize Defects fixing with the help of project management
*Track and Push Defect tickets
*Know details about the status of a Defect or a resulting change
*Participation in weekly team meetings / planning meetings
*Provide weekly status reports about Defects internally and to our customer projects
*Support of Defect handling with the customer projects
*Respect quality requirements of the Visteon Software Design Process
*Respect the client Scrum process

Your profile:
*Experienced in the area of embedded or automotive software development
*Expert or Master in handling of Defects / Changes in software development cycles
*Knowledge in usage of Defect / Change tracking system(s) is a requirement
*Knowledge in SCRUM is an advantage
*Knowledge of RTC is an advantage
*Fluent business German and English for German locations
*Commitment, flexibility, presentation skill and communication skill to support a multinational development
