Defect Manager (m/f)

Currently we are looking for an experienced Defect Manager (m/f) for an interesting project.

Tasks:
+ Responsibility for tracking, reporting and customer alignment of defects mainly
in area of software but not limited to
+ Coordinates and tracks defect reduction together with Functional Owner/Sub
Project leader
+ Close cooperation with SW-Project Leader and other Project Leaders (e.g. HW)
+ Participation and active communication in customer alignment meetings w/r to
defect status, reduction planning and prioritization
+ Planning and steering of defect reduction plans through all functional areas with
focus on software
+ Defect reporting (internally/externally)

+ University degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or appropriate graduation or technician
+ Minimum 1-3 years experience in project or line management (team size >2-5 project or team members)
+ Experience in SW development is recommended
+ Excellent skills in MS Excel and defect management systems (e.g. ELVIS, JIRA)
+ Knowledge of configuration management tools is recommended (esp. Git/Stash)
+ High sense of responsibility, can work independently in the area of defect reduction planning and tracking
+ Sound understanding of SW-development and architecture
+ Technical and commercial English fluently
+ Ability to analyze, to communicate and to present
+ Ability to work under pressure
