OVERVIEW:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Defect Manager to help on a project of work that is simplifying their community banking operations.
CORE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:
- Defect management of business critical systems and new processes.
- Issue resolution
- Defect tracking
- Liaison with the business to define defect management process
- Stakeholder management
CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- It is essential that you have experience of working as a defect manager on small to medium sized projects within the retail banking industry.
