QUALIFICATIONS:
- A+ certified
- Must have at least 3 years deskside experience supporting PC hardware and software with at least one year of experience in an enterprise environment
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Desktop OS to include XP/Win7
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking, especially LAN switching and Cisco Switches
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work professionally with internal and external clients
- Some travel may be required; for local travel team member may be asked to use his/her own transportation
- Night and/or weekend work may be required
OVERVIEW

- Email - PST/Login
- Internet Explorer
- Password resets
- Printers
Responsibilities also include:
- PC builds
- Support of Network Team's efforts with LAN switching for site
- Support of Server Team's efforts with server connectivity and availability
- Management of Embedded Windows systems
- Management of support tickets for printers with printer vendors
- Management of Weekly Incident spreadsheet
- Management device inventory
- Windows XP/Win7 support
- Core Image support
- Handling tier 2 escalated tickets from tier 1 help desk
- Process warranty replacement cases
- Data transfer for new deployments
- Inventory management
- Documentation
- Escalation point for Help Desk
