Decision Science Manager

Decision Science Manager - £75,000 - Kent My client who is Credit Card lending company one of the big names in subprime lending. They are currently looking for a Lead Decision science analyst/ Manager (sas, scorecard) to join their ever growing analytics risk team. Responsibilities -New decision modelling and development for deployment across the life cycle -Develop scorecards and data decision tools which drive tangible business benefit, including but not limited to:- -New business acquisition, Direct target mailing. (linear/logistic regressions) -Application, Static and Behavioural Scorecards/ Predictive models for underwriting, credit risk. -Knowledge of decision tree's -Experience with the major Bureau -(knowledge of bureau systems/blocks) -Foster effective manipulation and calculation of data which can be analysed and turned into actionable insight -Manage decision science projects and present finding to client and internal member of the team. Required -SAS base programming and statistical analysis experience -4+ years experience with building credit risk score card models and forecasting/ direact mailing -knowledge of predictive analytics and decision tree's -4+ years in customer portfolio analysis -Proficient in SQL and excel -Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders -Degree in mathematical/numerate field If you would like more information on this exceptional opportunity then please call Karlene Pathirana on 0207 469 5200
