Site Account Manager

Corporate Banking IT Europe is a department within Corporatefollow up of larger projects (with dedicated project manager)
- Ensure regular contacts with the site to evaluate status and quality of the IT application environment, report on progress of ongoing projects and share evolutions.
- Be aware of application evolutions on global level and assess impact on site.

Profile:

- Master or equivalent by experience
- French: an asset
- Dutch: an asset
- English: Fluency in speaking, writing, reading
- Team player
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Good Communication and Influencing skills
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Flexible, accurate & control minded.

MANDATORY:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in a functional IT application management environment (functional analyst, project manager, )
- Application management (functional)
- MS Office Suite
- Banking experience

Nice to have:

- Project management
- Interest in technical application environment
- Payments, Finance experience

TRAVEL:

- Max. twice a month to Paris
- Max. twice a year to the European Site(s)for which the Site Account Manager is responsible
