TECHNICAL SUPPORT TESTER IS needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PORTLAND, OR.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Linux OS
- SW Test & Install

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Tech Support Tester will be responsible for installing, running, and debugging various Operating Systems.
- Setup and execution of tests in a controlled environment.
- Assist in layout changes in the lab by rewiring configurations and assisting with machine placements.
- Generate reports on OS setup and test results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- MINIMUM of a AS in IT, EE, CS or related subject matter
- MINIMUM of three (3) plus years professional experience in:
- Testing and software installation in a controlled environment.
- Debugging PC hardware platforms, building systems and configuring hardware.
- Installing and running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Linux and Netware.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS in EE or related subject matter
