The Debt Recovery Advisor will be responsible for;
*Deal with customer queries via the debt collection agencies, taking appropriate action to ensure they are pursing the correct amount
*Ensure all reports are issued to agencies in correct time frames
*Proactively review processes and identify areas for improvement and drive these forward
*Provide regular feedback and training to the debt collection agencies where necessary to help improve performance
The successful candidate will have the following;
*Background in debt recovery
*Working knowledge of Excel & Access
*Strong letter writing skills
*Ability to make decisions
*Excellent communication skills
