World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a Debt Collection Administrator to join this high profile market leader which is a household name in the world of Oil & Gas.

The post deal expense claims department provides professional oil and freight post deal expense service to the various business desks within the organisation: eg. Crude Supply & Trading (Crude and Freight), Products (Middle Distillates, Chem Feed, Africa, Mogas, Fuel Oil, Pacific Island, Freight) and LPG.

The focus on this role will be on overdue debt collection.

You will need to be  well organised, target driven, able to demonstrate delivery against deadlines, confident and tenacious with excellent communication skills in order to achieve the desired results.

- Experience in Shipping and Oil Trading Operations or Administration.
- Ability to work closely within a team.
- Understanding of maritime and oil industry practices
- Good debt collection skills
- Analytical skills
- Good computer literacy, including manipulation of data in MS Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Work methodically under pressure with the minimum of supervision
- Accurate and pays close attention to detail

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
