Dealing Control Room Lead needed by a large financial institution to be responsible for leading a team in the delivery of a Dealing Room Control function. This role is to identify and highlight control weaknesses which may expose the business, recommending appropriate solutions where needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an ESTABLISHED, STRONG, DEMONSTRABLE background in Front Office/Dealing room environments - covering risk, controls and the maintenance of governance frameworks to provide safe guards to prevent unauthorised trades.

This candidate will need to have a solid understanding of Capital Markets products, exceptional Full trade life cycle knowledge and ideally have worked in all 3 lines of defense.
