Dealership Service Team Leader

Job Description

Our client a highly respected vehicle dealer is looking for a Service Team Leader in the CT Postcode area with a basic salary of £24k with a OTE £27k - £29k

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have main dealer experience and must be flexible, adaptable and more importantly they must have excellent customer service skills.

•Can you show a PROVEN track record within a modern main dealer Service department?

If successful you will work in a busy department and your main duties will be:

To manage a team of 3 service advisors

Dealing with all customer queries and complaints

To manage the customer experience and make sure all customers receive the highest level of service.

Help control the work flow to ensure that all resources are utilized to their maximum

Proactively PUSH the up sell of manufacturer products and service plans to maximize profit

Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to be able to SELL are really paramount for this role.

Our client is an extremely successful company who will always look to progress staff within group and train and develop staff to make sure they succeed.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 18.00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00am - 13.00
