Dealership Business Manager

Job Description

Our client a well respected Vehicle Dealer requires a Business Manager.

Based in CR Postcode area with a Basic salary of £22k with an OTE of £45k

Requirements

Are you a Sales/Business Manager looking for a new CHALLENGE?

Do you have a STRONG and SUCCESSFUL Sales background?

Can you show a proven track record in volume car sales ?

Can you demonstrate a high record of achievement in Finance and Insurance?

You the successful candidate will be highly motivated and determined to be successful, with a high level of numerical skill

You will need to have the ability to generate sales using a pro-active and disciplined approach to meet clearly defined targets and objectives.

You will be responsible for all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with the Management and Sales Team.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement with the confidence to motivate the team to deliver high levels of performance.

You will be a motivator, have the ability to continue the growth of the business by maximising car sales, coaching and developing the team. Exceptional levels of customer service are essential.

Hours of work will be 8.30am - 18.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Working 11 days every fortnight.
