Candidates will be primarily taking inbound phone calls from customers and forwarding them to the appropriate channels.
All candidates MUST have good phone etiquette.
All candidates MUST have a High School Diploma or GED required
All candidates MUST have reliable transportation-NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO THIS SITE
All candidates MUST be willing to work overtime, as needed
They will be responsible for providing world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner
SHIFTS WILL VARY BETWEEN SUNDAY AND SATURDAY WITH HOURS FROM 8AM - 5PM; 9AM- 6PM AND/OR 10AM - 7PM
