DESCRIPTION:

Manage the invoicing process pertaining to Advertising Media, Direct Marketing, Production, Collateral and Merchandising, both paper and electonic thu Order-to-Pay System. Maintain the integrity of our internal Advertising Budget System. Work with Advertising, Finance, and A/P teams on daily basis on managing invoice approval, process, payment, and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Knowledge and proficiency in General Ledger and Accounts Payable, and knowledge of financial and spending analysis
- Participate in due diligence of accounting issues
- Analyze financial data, extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past spending, accrual, and/or forecast
- Review costs and perform cost/commitment analysis related to projects and/or programs
- Perform moderately complex statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in various systems
- Support in developing financial reports for forecasting, accrual, and results analysis
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with our policies

Requirements:

- ASSOCIATE DEGREE IS REQUIRED, Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred- 5 Plus years of related professional experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Must be organized, detail oriented and excellent problem solver
- Willingness to work in a team environment, and in a proactive manner
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to multi-task, document clearly and efficiently, and is comfortable working in a fast pace environment
