Marketing - Omni System Design Support: The candidate will leverage their strong mobile UI/UX expertise and project management skills to provide structure and discipline to complex business initiatives to enable stakeholder alignment and on-time/on-scope results. Projects are varied and visible - the client works on strategic initiatives for Business Operations. Leadership and problem solving skills are necessary to support a dynamic functional organization as they work through their team challenges. The Candidate must be an expert designer for the mobile platform, be a strong project manager, and have keen interpersonal skills capable of presenting to omni business stakeholders .

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving transformational change for how our reps use mobile technology to service our customers - mobile first strategy

Duties to Include:
Incumbent will develop all deliverables within the project management process where necessary
o Charter, Risk, Communication Plan, Success Metrics, lesson learned etc
Incumbent will provide status reports per communication plan at VP/Director level and below traditional for a project
The candidate will be responsible for developing a PMO Dashboard/KPIs for all projects and programs
The candidate will drive business improvements, recommend and implement process improvements as it relates to benefit realization
Other Project Management duties:
o Management of escalations
o Management of resources assigned to project
o Maintenance of project documentation
o Responsible for identifying and resolving issues that may impact critical project deliverables
o Ensure project team adheres to product development process, while using maturity to know when to be flexible

Qualifications:
 E-commerce, particularly Omni-channel knowledge is desired
Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies desirable
7-10 years of creative experience, with web/mobile focus. Software development and methodologies a plus
Demonstrated track record of accomplishments, including successful project launches
Ability to think quickly and assimilate information to make sound business decisions
Excellent communication skills that enable clear understand of project status, key issues and actions
Ability to excel in a constantly changing environment.
Advanced use of MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, Clarity, SharePoint and Visio required
Ability to synthesize complex information and express key points simply
Experience project managing within complex Fortune 500 organizations
Proactive with clear demonstration of ability to make things happen
Demonstration of creative problem solving
