Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
6+ years PM Experience (IT PM preferred)
Experience managing data conversion/data migration projects
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Leadership

Desired Certification:
IT/Telecom Experience
PMP or ITIL certification

General Responsibilities/Skills
Demonstrated strong Project Management skills, including approach, planning and execution; minimum 2+ years of experience. Candidate will Project Manage migration of Legacy product to strategic/Rapid Delivery products
Work with Program Manager to document status updates and report on project progress to the Executive Governance Committee. Able to clearly articulate and present project status to the client's staff, stakeholders and leadership team
Exceptional Communication Skills: verbal and written; this role requires relationship building skills, interaction with various levels within the organization as well as with Executive leadership
Proven leadership skills in managing resources, stakeholders and the dynamic nature of IT projects, focused on achieving agreed milestones and keeping the project on schedule and under budget at all times
Understanding of product development concepts, planning and execution
Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite of programs, especially Excel, PPT, and MS Project
Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks. Candidate will engage account teams to obtain customer details to prepare for actions, will work with technical teams to determine best solutions, and work with Legal, Technical/Operations resources through the course of the assignment.
Proven experience developing/documenting methods & procedures. Candidate will also review existing termination M sound analytical and diagnostic skills
Understand how to review product documentation, including contracts, to assess status of product grandfathering
Knowledge of solution selling and standard sales cycles
Global support for different contract types needed for migrations
Negotiation Skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer facing skills
