MS SQL Database Developer required for approximately 3 months.

- Responsible for the extraction, transformation and loading of data from a wide range of sources in an organisations newly developed Datawarehouse, in accordance with documented procedures.
- Develop and agree data logic to validate, cleanse and cost datasets
- Provide expert advice and support to the data analysis team including setting and prioritising work plans and objectives making best use of available resource.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Expert knowledge of data manipulation tools and techniques including SSIS and DTS
- Highly proficient in the use of SQL to manipulate and transform large and complex relational datasets
- Highly developed knowledge of enterprise level database software including Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting and Analytical Services
- NHS experience desirable
- Knowledge in the provision of multidmensional data stores and Datamodelling
- Knowledge and experience of developing information reporting flows between systems and organisations
- Skilled and experienced in a .NET programming language
- Knowledge of information governance standards for data security and confidentiality and an understanding of their application in practice

REMUNERATION

£15.50 to £20.50 per hour PAYE or £19-£25 Limited company/umbrella rate. Pay rate will be based upon candidate's suitability for the position.
