DB2 DBA LUW SPECIALIST LONG TERM CONTRACT - THE NETHERLANDS

Job Description
We are currently looking for a DB2 DBA LUW Specialist for a long term project, based in the Netherlands.

The Database Administrator DB2 LUW (Linus, UNIX and Windows) will provide DB2 UDB Database administration for CRM Siebel V8 environment running on DB2 for Windows (LUW).

This role will initiate change as the company grows in order to streamline process, improve efficiency and facilitate the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Contribution to maintenance and installation work
- Support DB2 LUW database upgrade, migration and patches, patch management, version control , and vulnerability management
- Package application installation and maintenance (database portion)
- Performance and tuning of database and application

PROFILE
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of batch Scripting
- Knowledge of Windows
- Fluent English

Desirable: Speak and write Dutch
