DB2 DBA Engineer (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir für ein spannendes Projekt auf der Suche nach einem DB2 DBA Engineer (m/w) in der IT-Branche.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Monitoring of DB2 Database
+ Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of existing SOPs/ Runbooks/ wikis and creation of new SOPs/ Runbooks/ wikis
+ Participation and execution in annual Disaster Recovery/ Data Center tests as per the products listed within this DB2 service
+ Execute and report quality control and provide audit evidences on request
+ Monitor, check and report that capacity and availability of infrastructure components are fit for usage, based on thresholds agreed to by both parties
+ Perform infrastructure troubleshooting
+ Perform pre and post change validation and resolution for applications prior to the change implementation on the production environment
+ Maintain the definition of standard service requests within the respective tool

+ Strong experience in DB2 Performance tuning, Issue analysis, monitoring.
+ Should have good experience in DB2 Tool/Products: Toad , DB2 Analyzer, IBM Data Studio SPORT , DB2 V12 , DB2 Admin and Compare , IBM Infosphere Data Replication , DB2 Table Editor, DB2 Recovery Export DB2 Log Analyzer , DB2 for LUW on dedicated servers
+ Experience in DB2 subsystem housekeeping, Back-up & Recovery and Availability reporting, Data center recovery, Data center shut down, DB2 Replication, IIDR, RACF, user creation, Data base upgrades ,runstats
+ Experience in Maintenance of DB2 sub systems
+ Experience in independent DB2 software failure diagnosis and repair.
+ Experience in IBM, CA and BMC suite of DB2 products
+ Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management
+ Sound knowledge of SMP/E and system security access control
