DATAWAREHOUSE EXPERT

My client is looking for an experienced DataWarehouse Consultant to work on a 9 month contract starting in April. The contract is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The DataWarehouse Consultant will have excellent knowledge of T-SQL & ms SQL Server 2008/2012.
The following tasks are foreseen:
Report to the head of the .NET development group.
The consultant shall participate in the regular meetings of the development team.
The consultant should work as defined in the Scrum team sprint as a full team member of the Scrum team.
Tasks are recorded in an internal system, monitored, and followed up as part of the Scrum process.
Depending on the consultant's profile, specific tasks for 2014 will be to:
o Maintain the TESSy code base and fix bugs.
o Implement interfaces to other customer systems.
o Implement and coordinate development activities with external customer partners.
o Implement new and maintain existing data marts in the TESSy data warehouse.
o Implement new and maintain existing standard or disease-specific reports. Education and experience
University degree with minimum 4 years' experience in IT OR non-university degree with minimum 6 years' experience in ITCompetences and skills
Excellent knowledge of data warehouse modelling and implementation
Excellent knowledge of T-SQL
Excellent knowledge and experience of SQL Server Integration Services
Experience with MS SQL Server 2008/2012
Experience with MS Analysis Services
Experience with automatic map generation (eg, using GIS tools) would be advantageous
Experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services and RDL would be advantageous
Experience with the tools used in the TESSy development project is advantageous (see Annex I)
Experience with surveillance and laboratory data is advantageous
