Datawarehouse Developer - Business Intelligence - 6 Month Contract

A great opportunity for a Business Intelligence - Datawarehouse Developer to join a Government Department for 6 months with possibility of extension.

The Business Intelligence section in Technology Solutions Group (TSG) requires the services of experienced SQL Server 2008 Datawarehouse Developers to provide warehouse services to support project needs.

ESSENTIAL:

- Extensive demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server BI 2008 toolset (preferably 2008 R2) in a Datawarehouse or reporting environment essential including DB, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and schemas and develop innovative, business focused Datawarehouse solutions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities including negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team to deliver positive Business Intelligence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, use initiative and deliver results under pressure.
- Well developed communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders:

Written - demonstrated ability to provide a range of high standard documentation;
Oral - demonstrated experience engaging collaboratively with a range of stakeholders across large organisations.
