OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING INVESTMENT BANK AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING A DATAWAREHOUSE AND ETL DEVELOPER FOR A 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT IN DUBLIN, IRELAND

JOB/OPPORTUNITY

Finance, Procurement and Accounting IT (FPAIT) is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Datawarehouse design and development lead. This individual will lead design and development tracks of an enterprise wide finance data warehouse. The role will utilize agile development practices to manage work in a geographically distributed team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and development of a finance Datawarehouse using Informatica, Oracle PL/SQL and Netezza SQL
- Specification of complex SQL routines for development by more junior and off-shore development personnel
- Document datamodels with Case Tools
- Design and development of datamarts for use by Business Intelligence and reporting tools.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- 7 years of Datawarehouse development experience
- Expertise with Agile development processes and principles.
- BS in a technology related discipline
- Hands on experience with Informatica ETL development
- Demonstrated expertise of Datawarehouse design using tools such as Sybase Powerdesigner or CA/ERWIN
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Oracle and/or Netezza databases
- Experience with MDM principles and technology including data governance processes and establishing enterprise standards
