Datastage Engineer Wanted in Amsterdam

We are currently searching for a DataStage Expert to work in Amsterdam, The Netherlands for 6 months + extensions. This is a great contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

The project is about a generic DataStage design and implementing best practices in a team of experienced developers (but not DataStage experts). Focus on finalizing the international infrastructure and designing and implementing logic- and physical datamodels by using BDW (IBM Banking Datawarehouse model).

Knowledge/experience:
- Expert tool knowledge of DataStage 9.1
- Experience with the DS setup for large DS projects, setup of ETL Design standards, generic components and job templates in datawarehouse environments
- Experience with the use of large relational databases (and experience with the tradeoff of executing logic in DS vs the database)
