One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a DATASTAGE DEVELOPER for a long term contract paying excellent rates. This is an indefinite assignment. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE DATASTAGE DEVELOPER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Dutch speaking
- Experience with end-to-end delivery of data integration solutions, including deployment and management
- Knowledge of and experience with IBM Info Sphere Datastage Enterprise Edition
- Knowledge of and experience with scheduling tools (preferably TWS-D)
- Knowledge of and experience with SQL
- Knowledge of IBM Pure Data Analytics (Netezza) or similar MPP architecture (pre)
- Knowledge of and experience with UNIX, Linux
- Knowledge of experience with agile development (advantage)
- Familiar with test driven development (pre)
- Knowledge of and experience with Data Vault Modelling (advantage)
- Knowledge of and experience with dimensional modelling
- Knowledge of and experience with Automated Testing (advantage)
- Knowledge of and experience with GIT
- Familiar with Continuous delivery
- Knowledge of and experience with Continuous delivery and tools such as: Artifactory, Nolio, Ansible, ... (plus)

THE DATASTAGE DEVELOPER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You work in a squad as an IT engineer to unlocking a wide range of sources towards our Information Warehouse and Data Marts. Sources provide batch but also Real Time.
- Modelling in the Information Warehouse is obv a 'Data Vault'-like model. Data Marts are dimensionally modelled and are accessed by end users through Cognos Analytics.
- Sources and their metadata are first described by the Business in the Information Governance Catalog and where necessary logically modelled using the IBM BDW (Banking Data Warehouse) reference model.
- Your activities cover the end-to-end data integration process of technical analysis to deployment and management.
