AUFGABEN:

Betriebsunterstützung für DataPower:

-

Planen und unterstützen beim Umsetzen aller Aufgaben der DataPower-Administration.
-

Installation und Maintenance bestehender und neuer DataPower-Umgebungen Performance-Monitoring und Tuning im DataPower-Bereich
-

Optimieren und automatisieren betrieblicher Abläufe, Qualitätssicherung
-

Unterstützung bei der Definition und Dokumentation technischer Vorgaben für die Verwendung von DataPower
-

Aufnahme von Anforderungen in den Projekten
-

Durchführung von Integrations- und Konfigurationsarbeiten für Kundenvorhaben (PoC, Pilot, Projekte)
-

Abklären und Beheben von fehlerhaften Systemzuständen (Alerts-, Incidents- und Problem-management) 3rd-Level Support
-

Einspielen von DataPower Patches und -Upgrades
-

Planung und Durchführung von Changes unter Einhaltung der definierten Prozesse
-

Installieren, Anpassen, Unterstützung beim Integrieren, Austesten und Inbetriebsetzung neuer Webservices
-

Definieren und/oder Erstellen von Betriebshandbücher, Installationsanleitungen, Checklisten, Betriebsprozessen und Vorgehen
-

Verbessern von Installations- und Übergabeprozessen, Sicherstellen der Systemdokumentationen und der Systemrichtlinien
-

Technische Beratung und Unterstützung der Lieferanten, Projektleitende und Fachstellen sowie Anwendenden in systemtechnischen Fragen

MUSSKRITERIEN:

-

Mindestens 3 Jahre Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen als Datapower-Administrator mit DataPower Service Gateway (Installation, Maintenance, Migrationen, Tuning) verfügt.

Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Tuning und Troubleshooting von Webservices auf der Datapowerplattform verfügt.
