Datamanagement Specialist

- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to customers in hospital environment
- Timely handling of questions and problems;
- Troubleshoot issues, isolate problems, provide workarounds;
- Train users, explain technical concepts to non-technical users, help users to become more comfortable and efficient with the usage of equipment and software;
- Document actions and resolutions;
- Communicate critical situations with management;
- Provide application support for ADC softwares
- Create a structure of follow up in collaboration with Customer Service as well as database of key contacts.
- Implement tactical tools on Website (using Drupal program)
- Be responsible of the Elearning platform and key contact with Area for trouble shootings and internal customer support.

Skills:

- Fluency in spoken and written French, Flemish and English;
- Experience in a customer service oriented role.
- Project experience is a plus
- Proven field experience
- Computer hardware (installation, configuration);
- Operating systems: Windows family (XP, Seven) and Linux;
