JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for research, creation, validation, documentation, and delivery of the disassembly and assembly information utilized by dealer technicians and customers for the repair and service of client's products, including but not limited to machines, engines, mining equipment, power generation, and work tools. Candidates will demonstrate a strong mechanical and/or machine service background in the heavy equipment industry along with strong computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, organization, analytical and problem solving skills, and a strong customer focus with the drive to provide superior product support. This position requires candidates to be able to work safely within a professional shop environment, as well as a professional office environment. Position will be 2nd shift.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two year degree required.
- Two to five years construction and/or heavy equipment repair experience.
- Must be able to perform work on equipment and will have had training on cranes, lifting equipment, fall protection, and/or lock out/tag out.
- Will be required to learn proprietary authoring software, and will create and publish safe and accurate service manuals in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work within a dedicated team of professionals, including management and customers/dealers.
- Must have the ability and desire to learn new and complex technologies.
- Working knowledge of 3D modelling software (ProE, Creo, TeamCenter Visualization) is highly desired.
