DATACOMMS/NETWORK HELP DESK MANAGER 

MARKET RATE

The role requires the supervision of the team monitoring and managing all the elements of their network systems and technologies. 

These include:

PDH (Alcatel Newbridge), SDH (Alcatel), DWDM (Alcatel), VOIP (Cisco), IP/MPLS (Alcatel), and the IP/ETHERNET/WIFI networks used for telephony and core business needs.

This will involve acting as single point of contact for all other departments on:

- FIRST LEVEL TROUBLESHOOTING AND CORRELATION OF EVENTS
- CONFIGURATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
- HELPDESK ORGANISATION AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE DUTCH, FRENCH AND ENGLISH
