A global telecoms carrier are searching for a Datacenter Security Engineer to analyse, propose, design, develop, govern and validate technical solutions to support the datacenter and security network development. As the Datacenter Security Engineer you will engineer centralized service network aggregation and shared datacenter network for international carrier market services, including Firewalls, datacenter network, datacenter network services like DNS, DHCP, reverse proxys, VPN concentrators).

The ideal Datacenter Security Engineer will have around 2+ years experience of Datacenter security design and should be able to integrate into a fast moving and dynamic team. We are looking for passionate and driven Datacenter Security Engineer who can work effectively in a fast moving environment to tight schedules.

The network security engineer/Architect will be an expert in:
- Datacenters network architecture and configurations
- Firewall/Load Balancer configurations
- IP, routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS)
- DHCP, CNR, DNS, NAT and VPN
- IP Security configurations
- Switched network environments (QinQ, (rapid)Spanning tree variants, 802.3ad, )
- Security Governance inside an organization

Strong knowledge of:
- IPv4 - Ipv6
- DPI (Deep Packet Inspection)
- WAN optimizer (Riverbed)
- Proxy & Reverse Proxy
- MPLS Layer 2, Layer3 VPN, Traffic Engineering
- QoS design and configurations
- SNMP & Syslog management

Desired Skills:
- OS and Virtualization System Knowledge (Windows/Linux, VMWare Datacenter technologies, HP Servers, incl virtual switching)
- Cloud Solutions and Architectures
- ACE loadbalancer
- RIPE and IP Addressing Management
- Network Probing technologies and architectures
- Familiar with IP,RFC,IETF, MEF Standards

Required Hands on experience with:
- Cisco High-End Routers (6500/7600/) and Nexus Family (1K, 2K, 5K 7K)
- Cisco Firewalls (ASA, FWSM, )
- Other Vendor Firewall (CheckPoint, Juniper, Palo Alto, ) experience is a strong asset
- DNS, DHCP, Proxy, IPAM,
- Experience with ALCATEL SR Routers and SROS is plus
