A global information technology company seek an experienced Datacenter Operations Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Essential skills of the Datacenter Operations Engineer- Vmware/Windows:
- 2+ years experience working in a datacenter
- Experience with VMWare ESX and Windows 2000/2003
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and various Internet Servers such as DNS, Https, SNMP, HTTP, FTP etc.
- Experience with HP management products such as (iLo and insight manager)
- HP Proliant(All generations)firmware upgrades, drivers etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware problems using diagnostics tools
- Understanding of RAID and file system technologies.
- Understanding of basic OS commands/Utilities(I/O,Job control etc)
£290-£320 per day
24 month rolling contract
