Dear Professional,

For a respected MNE client of Square One Resources I am urgently looking for experienced Datacenter-Network Project Managers.

Datacenter & networking PM (focus on several initiatives related to datacenter & networking, ranging from DDI project, Datacenter Optimization & Siemon cabling)

The Project Manager will be responsible for performing the following key functions on a day to day basis:
-define the program/project delivery roadmaps
-estimate work efforts and resource requirements
-manage the program/project financial plans and budgets
-manage a Matrix delivery effort across multiple technical teams
-drive schedules, track and report status
-manage and escalate issues and risks as required for discussion and resolution with peers
-adhere to SDLC methodology, documentation and deliverables
-craft and deliver presentations and dashboards

Qualifications
-A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
-Fluent in English required
-A minimum of 8 years of program and project management, with the most recent 3-5 years in complex network program management
-A minimum of two years' experience in network infrastructure deployment is preferred.
-Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage dynamic and challenging relationships is required.
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement.
-Holds self-accountable for flawless execution.
-Demonstrates a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency.
-Experienced in the management of Matrix teams including building collaboration and teamwork.
-Direct working knowledge of the business environment outside of the IT organization (eg, Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing, Product/Process development (R&D), Business Development, Business Improvement/Process Excellence, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) is preferred.
-Preference for experience with FDA and/or SOx compliance.
